Question 1

How fast can you actually buy my house in Louisville?

Accepted Answer

Once you accept our offer, we can close in as little as 7 days at a local title company. If you need more time, you choose the date — we work on your schedule, not ours.

Question 2

Do I pay any fees or commissions?

Accepted Answer

No. There are no agent commissions, no service fees, and we cover standard closing costs. The amount on the offer is the amount you receive at closing.

Question 3

How do you decide how much to offer for my house?

Accepted Answer

We look at recent sales of comparable homes in your Louisville neighborhood, subtract the cost of repairs the house needs, and build in our margin. We show you the math — the offer is transparent, and there's no obligation to accept.

Question 4

Do you buy houses in poor condition or with tenants?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We buy in as-is condition — including major repairs, code violations, hoarder homes, and inherited properties full of belongings — and we buy rentals with tenants in place.

Question 5

Which areas around Louisville do you buy in?

Accepted Answer

All of Louisville and Jefferson County, including the Highlands, Okolona, Shively, Pleasure Ridge Park, Jeffersontown, Fern Creek, St. Matthews, and Valley Station, plus nearby Kentucky communities.
